Laurel Park Tennis Court Project

Laurel Park Tennis Courts are set for renovations this year, including updates to the fencing and resurfacing of the courts, along with the addition of new pickleball courts. The courts are in constant use throughout the week for tennis classes, summer camps, pickleball programs, and resident bookings. With the current fence and surfaces being over a decade old, these updates are essential for a fresh look and improved functionality. The new fencing and surfacing will enhance both the visual appeal and overall experience for all users.

Fence Replacement

September 23, 2024 7:00 AM - October 21, 2024 7:00 AM

The current chain link fence and windscreen are over ten years old and show signs of degradation from the elements. A new chain link fence and windscreen would give the courts a new look and increased visual appeal. The new fencing and windscreen will create a visual contrast between the background and balls, assisting players in visually tracking the balls during game play and practice, enhancing the court experience.

Fence replacement is set to begin on Monday, September 23rd, and is anticipated to take 3 to 4 weeks to complete.
